Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the processing of personal data on the VPNXG marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. It distinguishes between information needed for accounts and transactions, website usage analytics, and network connection content, and explains the purposes of processing, retention principles, and available user actions. Information handled by payment providers is also subject to their own privacy policies.

Account Information and Processing Purposes

VPNXG does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is not required for registration. This service processes usernames, password verification data, and account status to authenticate logins, determine subscription access, and manage accounts.

During plan use, the account is associated with plan entitlements, validity status, and data usage to display remaining entitlements and apply billing rules. This account data is not the same as detailed website visit records. When users submit a support ticket, the issue description, client environment, and attachments they provide are used to address the issue. Do not submit passwords, full subscription URLs, or sensitive payment credentials.

Logging Practices and Connection Data

VPNXG follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through the subscription service, create browsing histories, store browsing content, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

Some operational data is needed for authentication, subscription access checks, and data usage accounting. Usage accounting is used only to manage consumption and is not used to create lists of websites visited. Temporary operational status during a connection is not retained as a long-term personal connection history and is not used to track browsing activity after processing ends. Account, transaction, and support ticket records are managed separately under this policy; a no-logs policy does not mean that no service records are retained.

Usage Analytics and Local Storage

The marketing website may process analytics such as page visits, referral pages, browser environment, and button clicks to understand content usage, identify page errors, and improve navigation. Website analytics and subscription connection content are separate, and analytics are not used to collect lists of websites users access through international routes.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary website state, save language preferences, and store login credentials. Login credentials identify an authenticated session and should not be retained on shared devices. Users can clear or restrict this storage in their browser settings. Clearing it may require signing in again or selecting preferences, while restricting necessary storage may affect panel features.

Order Records and Third-Party Payments

VPNXG retains account-linked orders, plan items, amounts due, payment results, and refund status to verify entitlements, address payment issues, and resolve transaction disputes. Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT; follow the payment process shown in the panel.

Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or channel. This service receives the transaction identifier and result needed to verify an order; users are not asked to provide third-party payment account passwords in support tickets. Account and transaction information handled by payment providers is subject to their rules. Public records for transactions on public ledgers are not controlled by VPNXG.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes. Support ticket and analytics data are retained for their stated purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period; records that must be kept by law are handled according to applicable requirements.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. Account ownership must be verified before processing, and the impact of deletion on subscription entitlements will be explained. If information cannot yet be deleted due to an unsettled transaction, dispute, or legal requirement, the reason will be provided. Clearing browser storage does not delete a server-side account.

Limits on Data Use and Policy Updates

Personal information is used only for the service and management purposes described in this policy and is not sold as a marketing list. For payments, technical cooperation, or legally submitted information requests, processing is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose. Account information and usage analytics are not treated as records of users' browsing content.

Changes to this policy will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Questions about data use or the outcome of a request can be submitted through a panel support ticket. Subscription terms are available in the Terms of Service.
