Quick Start · Account to Connection
VPNXG Subscription Guide
Create an account, choose a plan in the user dashboard, and get your subscription for the client to import. This guide follows the steps in order: start from the beginning if you’re new, or jump to the section you need if you already have an account.
Account Setup
Create an Account and Open the User Dashboard
Open the VPNXG user dashboard using the link below, then follow the prompts to enter a username and password. No email address is required. Choose account details that are easy to store but hard to guess, and save them in a trusted password manager. Once you’ve created your account, open the dashboard and make sure the account overview is visible before choosing a plan. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” link in the navigation instead of creating another one.
The marketing site explains plans and how to use the service. The user dashboard is where you manage your account, orders, clients, and subscriptions, so its layout may look different. Once you’re in, take a moment to locate the account overview, plans, and downloads. You can return to the same account to switch devices, retrieve your subscription, or check orders—there’s no need to create a separate account for each platform.
Save your login details before leaving this page. If you can’t access the dashboard, check that you entered your full username and that your password doesn’t include extra spaces, then review any on-screen message. Don’t share your password in chat logs or public screenshots. For common account issues, see the Help Center. Once you’ve confirmed your account works, continue to the next step.
Plans and Orders
Choose a Plan and Confirm Payment
Open the Plans section in the dashboard and decide whether you need a monthly plan or data to use as needed. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They don’t expire and last until used. Compare the billing type and data allowance, not just the price, before choosing.
After choosing a plan, follow the dashboard prompts to review your order. Check the plan name, price, and data allowance, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When you return from the payment page, check the plan status in the account overview. An order being created doesn’t confirm that payment is complete or the plan is active. If you’ve paid but the dashboard hasn’t updated, refresh the order or reopen the overview before placing another order.
VPNXG offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for how to request a refund and applicable details. If you upgrade later, the price difference is converted into remaining days; it doesn’t add a full new billing period. To compare options, visit the Plans page. Once you’ve confirmed an active plan in the dashboard, go to the account overview to get your subscription.
Get Your Subscription
Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview
Stay signed in and open the account overview in the user dashboard. Find the subscription section. A subscription link isn’t a webpage for a particular server—it’s used by your client to retrieve servers and configuration. If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, use it. Otherwise, copy the subscription link and open the subscription management page in your client.
There’s no need to paste the link into a search engine or send it to someone else to check. It’s tied to your account subscription, so store it securely like your account details. When copying and pasting it, take care not to share it in group chats, shared documents, or public support posts. If your client says the URL is invalid, copy it again from the dashboard and check that you haven’t missed any characters at either end. Don’t try to reconstruct it from memory.
During import, your system may ask whether to open an external app. Confirm only if the intended client is installed and the app named in the prompt is the one you expect. If nothing happens, copy the link and import it manually. “Copied” only means the link is on your clipboard; the client still needs to load the configuration. The import is complete once the server list appears in the client.
Import by Device
Load Servers in Your Client
Open the client downloads section in the user dashboard, select your device’s platform, and follow the installation instructions. You’ll need to sign in to get a subscription, and downloads are available according to your active plan. This page doesn’t provide installers or subscription links. On desktop, use a client that can manage subscriptions and connect through the system proxy. On mobile, use a client that can import subscriptions and create a system VPN configuration. Check the options currently available in the dashboard for compatibility details.
Windows: Import the Configuration and Enable the System Proxy
Get and install the VPNXG client for Windows from the dashboard. On first launch, look for “Configuration,” “Subscription Management,” or a similar option. If the dashboard offers one-click import, try opening the client from your browser. Otherwise, choose the option to import from a URL or link, paste in the subscription address you copied, and save it. Give the configuration a recognizable name instead of using the full subscription link as its name.
After saving, update or refresh the subscription. Make sure the configuration shows regions and server names, then select it as your active configuration. Follow the client prompts to enable the system proxy. If you’re using a mode that requires system network permissions, review the permission details before proceeding. Leaving the client running in the background doesn’t mean your browser traffic is going through it. Continue to the connection check below.
macOS: Check the Active Configuration and Network Permissions
In the dashboard’s Downloads section, choose macOS and follow the current instructions to get the client. After opening it, add the link from the configuration management or subscription page. Clients with menu bar controls may put configuration options in the menu bar menu. Paste and save the subscription address, then update it and confirm the server list has loaded. Set the subscription as your active configuration.
Before connecting, check the system proxy or relevant network routing options. If macOS asks to add a network configuration, enable an extension, or confirm permissions, verify the app name and follow the dashboard instructions. Don’t let multiple proxy tools route the same traffic at once. If you’ve used another tool, disconnect and quit it before enabling the current client so you can accurately check the connection.
Android: Save the Subscription and Allow the VPN Connection
Follow the Android installation instructions in the dashboard to get the VPNXG client. Open it and go to “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Add Configuration,” then choose import from link. Paste the full subscription address and save it, then update the subscription. Once the server list appears, select a server and tap the client’s connect option. When Android asks to authorize a VPN connection, check that the app is the one you expect, then allow it.
The first time you connect, keep the client in the foreground and check that the connection and webpages work before switching apps. If it works in the foreground but disconnects in the background, check your system’s background activity and battery settings and allow the client to run as needed. Menu names vary by device. For persistent connection issues, follow the Help Center instructions instead of repeatedly deleting and reimporting your subscription.
iOS: Get an App and Import the Subscription Using the Dashboard Instructions
Choose iOS in the dashboard and follow its App Store instructions to get a compatible client. After installing it, return to the subscription section. If there’s an import option for your client, confirm to open the app. You can also find subscription or configuration management in the app and use its import-from-URL option to paste the address. Save and update it, then confirm that server names appear in the configuration—not just an empty subscription name.
When you select a server and connect, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration and verify the request through the system. Check which app initiated the request and follow the prompts. Then return to the client to check the connection status. If another VPN app is already connected, disconnect it before testing this one. Don’t rely on the status bar icon alone to determine whether the service is working.
Linux and Other Devices
VPNXG also supports Linux. In the dashboard’s Downloads section, check which clients and import instructions are currently available, then confirm the proxy routing scope after importing your subscription. VPNXG allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so you can use the same account subscription across multiple devices. Each device still needs its own import and connection setup. For more on protocols, split tunneling, and network modes, see the Protocol Guide. If you’re new, the default configuration is a good place to start.
Connection Check
Connect to a Server and Verify Access
Once the subscription has loaded, choose a region from the server list, connect in the client, and confirm the system proxy or VPN is enabled. For your first check, keep the client’s default routing settings and avoid changing the protocol, DNS, or routing rules at the same time. That way, if something goes wrong, you can tell whether the issue is with importing, connecting, or accessing the site you want to use, without multiple setting changes getting in the way.
First, open a regular webpage to confirm your device’s internet connection is working. Then visit the international website or app you want to use. To check your exit IP, open the IP Lookup page on this site and compare the details before and after connecting. If the lookup fails, check the client status and the target webpage too; a failed lookup by itself doesn’t mean the server is unusable. With split tunneling, different sites may take different routes, so you shouldn’t expect every connection to show the same exit IP change.
If the client shows connected but the site won’t open, first make sure the intended configuration and server are selected. Then try refreshing the subscription or switching servers, changing only one thing at a time and checking again. If just one app fails, check its own proxy settings and confirm that you meet the target service’s account and regional requirements. A network connection only changes the route to a service; it can’t replace account permissions on that platform.
Once webpages and the app you want to use are working, setup is complete. When the server list changes, refresh the subscription in your client; there’s no need to create another account. To switch devices, repeat the import steps for that platform. If you still need help, visit the Help Center or sign in to the support tickets section of the dashboard. Describe your device platform, use case, and any error message. Before sharing a screenshot, hide sensitive account details and the full subscription link, leaving only your username visible.
