International routes and connection stability
Choose by route structure, not just location
Cross-border access depends on your local network, connection path, and destination service. VPNXG offers IEPL private lines, relay routes, and direct connections for comparison by use case. For browsing and research, start with a route suited to your target region. For sustained downloads, video, or remote collaboration, check whether the connection stays stable over time. The same region label does not guarantee the same route. Try different route types on the same network and keep the options that work best for your needs.
Check consistency during peak evening hours
Slow loading during peak evening hours does not necessarily mean your device is misconfigured. It may be caused by your local Wi-Fi, your ISP's routing, or congestion at the destination website. To narrow it down, pause other bandwidth-heavy tasks and compare different routes in the same region. Avoid changing the protocol, region, and routing mode all at once, so you can identify the cause. VPNXG lets you compare routes, but the number of locations is not a promise of connection speed every time. For more on packet loss and congestion, see the link explanations in our protocol guide.

Traffic is forwarded through an access node; compare performance on your local network.
Connect directly to the destination node; performance depends on the route from your location.
Refer to the routes available in the panel and their compatibility with your client.
Privacy policy and multi-device use
No logs; accounts use a username and password
VPNXG follows a no-logs service policy. You can open an account without an email address and use a username and password. Keep your account details and subscription link secure, and never share the full subscription details in public screenshots or shared documents. Connection privacy and account security are separate matters. When choosing a subscription service, also verify the source of your client and what you import into it. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for details on data handling and user responsibilities; a short label should not be taken as a guarantee beyond those terms.
Unlimited devices, with separate settings for each platform
Use an unlimited number of devices online at once—work on a desktop, check information on a mobile device, and continue on any other supported platform. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux may have different import steps, but subscriptions are managed through the same user panel. On each device, check that the configuration is up to date, the route is selected, and the target app is using the current connection. If one device has an issue, comparing it with other devices on the same network can help distinguish account status, system settings, and local network problems.

AI tools and streaming access
For AI chat and coding, check long-lived connections first
Streaming responses, editor suggestions, and command-line requests from AI tools can each have different connection requirements. Before choosing a route, check the tool's regional and account requirements, then see whether conversations complete and long-running tasks avoid timeouts. Tools such as Gemini, Cursor, and Copilot may use their own in-app proxy settings or rely on system network settings. Browser access does not guarantee that other apps are connected too. VPNXG offers a choice of international routes, but access depends on the tool's policies, your account status, and the current exit route. Verify it in practice rather than relying on a region label.
Check streaming playback for your target region
Streaming services may show different libraries based on your exit region, account location, and content licensing. For Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube, confirm the region you need, then check page loading, sign-in status, and playback—not just whether the home page opens. Video quality and buffering also depend on your local network, device, and platform settings, so a route name alone is not enough to judge performance. VPNXG offers connections in multiple regions for you to compare. A 7-day refund policy applies; see the refund terms in the Terms of Use for details.

Popular regions and route guide
Coverage spans 110+ countries and 160+ routes. The table below shows example regions and route types, not a complete list of nodes. Refer to the user panel for available cities, route names, and types. Check streaming support with the target platform after connecting; a region name alone does not guarantee a particular result.
| Country / region | City / area | Route types | Streaming check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL private line | Check your account region and full playback |
| Singapore | Singapore | Relay | Connect and verify the target content |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL private line | Check the target platform's requirements |
| United States | Refer to the cities listed in the panel | Relay | Check your account region and full playback |
| Canada | Refer to the cities listed in the panel | Direct | Connect and verify the target content |
Assess region, route type, and use case separately
Start with the target website's regional requirements, then compare the route types available in that region. For research, check whether pages load fully. For meetings, video, or AI streaming responses, observe the connection over a sustained session. Geographic distance is only one part of the route; relay arrangements, your local ISP, and the destination service's entry point also affect performance. Choose your usual route based on real tasks, not just list order or a single momentary metric.
After switching routes, some apps may continue using an existing session. If the displayed region does not change, end the old connection and reopen the app; if needed, check that your client has applied the new configuration. Avoid changing every setting at once while troubleshooting. Recording your network environment, route type, and specific symptoms is more useful than simply saying “the connection is slow,” and can help when submitting details through a support ticket in the user panel.
Route status reference
The routes shown below are provided by the status component for selection reference only. Verify actual performance on your current device and network.
Multi-platform client access
Manage subscriptions for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux through one account. Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription; client access depends on the active plan shown there. All links below go to the panel's download section. Direct links to static installers are not provided.
Check your account status, then import on your device
In the panel, first check your plan and subscription status, then follow the instructions for your platform to get a client. Once imported, confirm that the client shows a route list and select the route you intend to use; installing the client alone does not mean the network configuration is active. If your system asks to add a network configuration, verify which app is requesting it and follow the guide to authorize it. New users can start with Quick Start and follow the steps for account, client, subscription, and connection checks.
After moving to a new device or reinstalling, get the current active subscription again rather than reusing configuration files from unknown sources. On mobile, check background activity and battery-saving settings; on desktop, confirm that your browser and work apps are using the intended proxy settings. Your subscription link is part of your access credentials, so use it only in trusted clients. When reporting an issue, you can include the error message and operating system, but never share the full subscription details publicly.
Protocol reference: Shadowsocks, VMess, Trojan, VLESS, Hysteria2, TUIC. Check the panel for client compatibility and currently available configurations for each platform.
Monthly plans and data packs
Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting each month on your activation date. Data packs suit occasional use: they last until used up and never expire. Estimate your typical data use first, then choose a monthly plan or a data pack. There is no need to pick a larger tier based on price alone.
60GB monthly plan
¥9.9 / month
For browsing, documents, and everyday research. Start by checking whether the data allowance matches your actual usage.
- 60GB monthly data
- Unlimited devices online at once
- 7-day refund policy
250GB monthly plan
¥18 / month
For users balancing work, AI tools, and video streaming. Estimate your monthly needs based on your viewing habits.
- 250GB monthly data
- Unlimited devices online at once
- 7-day refund policy
500GB monthly plan
¥28 / month
For users who have confirmed they need more data each month. The per-unit data cost is lower, but choose based on your actual needs.
- 500GB monthly data
- Unlimited devices online at once
- 7-day refund policy
Data resets monthly on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Data packs: one total allowance, no monthly reset
¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB
Data packs last until used up and never expire. If your usage is occasional, consider your total data needs. For regular daily browsing, compare the data allowances in the monthly plans first. These products have different billing cycles, so check how they are billed before comparing capacity.
Plan size does not determine speed
Data allowance determines how much you can use; connection performance also depends on the route, local access, and destination service. Unlimited devices describes how many devices can be online at once, not whether they share the plan's data allowance without using it. Video, file syncing, and background updates can all use data continuously. Check your actual usage in the panel, and account separately for everyday browsing and larger transfers rather than estimating only by time spent browsing.
Before choosing, list your usual devices, target regions, and main apps to confirm the platform support and client setup meet your needs. VPNXG lists monthly plans, data packs, payment methods, and refund terms separately for straightforward comparison. Visit the Plans page for full pricing. For account or order issues, sign in to the user panel and describe the situation in a support ticket.
How-to guides and technical notes
From importing a client to choosing routes for specific tasks, these articles follow the steps you would take in practice. If you're new, start with the platform guide. If you're already connected but the experience isn't ideal, look at route selection and protocol explanations. These tips do not replace testing in your own environment, and a single successful connection does not guarantee ongoing availability.
